KŌINIsell is a self-custody software interface. It displays public blockchain information, cost information derived from data you supply, and live sell quotes, and it constructs sell transactions that you may sign in your own wallet. KŌINIsell is not an exchange, not a custodian, not a broker, not a money transmitter, and not a tax or investment adviser. We never hold your keys or your funds.
Every sale is authorized by you, in your own wallet. Until you sign, a quote is only a quote and can be discarded. A confirmed on-chain transaction is final and cannot be reversed by KOINI Global, LLC or anyone else. You are solely responsible for the transactions you sign.
KŌINIsell charges a fee of 0.20% of each sale executed through the app, disclosed in dollars on the confirm screen before you sign. Network fees and liquidity-related costs (such as price impact) are set by third parties and shown as estimates.
Cost figures, estimates, gain/loss displays, and quotes are informational. Estimates are labeled as estimates. Nothing in the app or on this site is tax advice, legal advice, or a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset. Consult your own advisers.
Quotes, routing, blockchain data, price feeds, and signing are provided in part by third parties (including aggregators, indexers, and your own wallet). We do not control blockchains or third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or execution results, including slippage between quote and execution.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KOINI Global, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for loss of funds, profits, data, or goodwill, arising from or relating to your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability will not exceed the greater of $100 or the KŌINIsell fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You may not use the service for unlawful activity, to evade sanctions, or in any way that interferes with the service or other users. The service is not offered where its use would be unlawful.
We may update the service and these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue lies in the state or federal courts located in Michigan.
